Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Formulated for smooth application, simply apply the wax and allow it to become dry to the touch. The wax can easily be removed in one go, waxes and removes hairs as short as 2mm - no wax strips are required. Directions
5 easy steps to salon-perfect smoothness:1. Place the appropriate number of wax discs for the body area you wish to depilate (see side of carton) into the pot.2. Plug in the pot - the warmer will begin to melt the discs. The wax is ready to use when it achieves a smooth consistency - in approximately 30 minutes (for 4 discs).3. Scoop wax onto the spatula and apply a layer of wax to the thickness of an orange peel in the direction of hair re-growth (from knee to ankle). Try to make the end of the strip slightly thicker so that you can grip.4. Wait for 30 to 60 seconds until the wax becomes dry to the touch. Hold your skin taut. Grasp the thicker end of the wax, and pull the strip back as quickly as you can, against the direction of hair growth (from ankle to knee)5. After waxing, clean away any wax residue using some used wax or baby oil.

I don't have a microwave so heating my was on the stove was a big task...

I like this product and glad I purchased this. My favourite thing is the consistency of the actual wax. At first I thought I wasn't going to like it as it was rather thick. I was a Nads fan always until I decided to try this out to save $$$. It's much thicker than your average wax but I find it worked well.

I've had this product for longer than 6 months and it works really well for me. I use it for Bikini line, Under arms and legs but it is definitely best for under arms. Its very easy to use however doing the legs takes ages, so its not my favourite way to remove leg hair.

Worked really well for me, very good at picking up lots of hair (I used it on bikini line) mostly. However....the smell of this wax is disgusting! Will have to get the other Vanilla disks because the ones that came with the pot made me want to vomit!!!

The good thing about this machine is it heats to the perfect temperature. The part I dont like is that it has a huge thing in the middle that honestly just gets in the way and serves no purpose, rather it just contributes to more mess. It gets messy anyway. Overall it does the job quite well but the design needs improving

Pot works perfectly, Hot wax is not great.
I bought this to start waxing, the machine heats and works perfectly, keeping the wax at an ideal temperature while using aswell however the pot is quite small and hard to manouvre around the centre piece, the spatula is very small and does get a lot of build up and is hard to clean even with cleansing oil, the spatula only allows small amounts at a time, the pot does get quite messy aswell when using and is also hard to clean even with cleansing oil. This is not good if you want a quick wax, it takes about 30-40 minutes to heat up the wax discs alone and is quite time consuming as can only do small amounts at a time. My issue really is with the wax discs, it comes with 4 discs, I bought extra just incase and glad I did as 4 was not enough to do both legs, under arms and bikini line. The wax does harden quite quickly and youll find yourself fiddling around for a bit to work out the best way to blend it on your skin. It is also difficult to use on the back of your legs as it hardens quickly and hard to see what youre doing. My overall result was quite good however I dont know if it was my hair type but I found the wax wouldnt remove all the hairs it attached to straight away and had to wax the same area multiple times, using more produxt also and a few hairs just broke instead of being removed completely. Comparing to the veet wax strips I find the strips to work better than this hard wax, I am yet to try some different wax melts in the pot but I will be giving that a go as the pot works perfectly. If you are a professional or are well practiced with at home waxing I feel you may get more out of this, howevrr if youre a beginner or trying to save some money at the salon I feel it may take you a few goes and a fair bit of practice to get the hang of this, aswell as this particular hard wax not being very great in my opinion, wasnt a big fan of the smell of it either.

Absolute waste of time and money
I spent two weeks growing out my hair, it was around 6mm long. I spent 2 hours trying to wax my legs and got halfway up one shin. Most of the hair removal was done with my tweezers. Hair did get pulled out but not enough to have any effect. Did not see any negative reviews until after I bought the pot and spare wax discs. Very disappointed.
