MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Bubbles
This is the only top coat I have used that doesn't dry and bubbles! I don't know why this happens but it ruins my manicure.

Don't waste your money
You need to apply more than one coat with the DayCream . Even after one hour and it's still not dry and than you just end up with smudges and streaks. I wouldn't recommend as its a waste of money. I end up just removing the nail polish either on the day or next day because it looks so bad on.

Peeling or popping off.
I have used Sally Hansen for years. However, the new polish I purchased Extreme Wear was a huge disappointment. It cracked, peeled & popped off my nails. I am a nail technician so I was surprised. Something went wrong here. Not likely to buy anymore colors. Went back to OPI.

Barcode..7417034631. Very disappointed. Product failed to dry and after hours waiting for it to harden I gave up and went about my day only to find damage to every surface. Had to remove because it looked terrible then the color stained my skin. Someone missed something in the manufacturing. Not happy. Waste of my money.

Disappointing
Love the colour in the bottle but when I apply it, it is watery and inconsistent for the first coat. I gave it a lot of time to dry and harden up before applying the second coat, which is still wishy washy with the colour and it seems to soften the first layer to make it hard to dry completely. I applied the two coats thinly, as suggested. No wonder it is on sale.

I bought this last week hoping that it'll help my nails grow, add strength as they are starting to grow out and they are weak. Well I must say I was very disappointed in this product. I applied how the instructions said and within hours the polish was wanting to come off and the next day it was coming off with the nail attached! So not happy!

Terrible
I bought this today and tried to apply it as soon as I got home. It was awful, the brush made lines, the coating clumped together in places, and no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t fix it. I also tried to remove it and it has spread glitter all over my fingers. Not impressed at all

Chips and blisters straight away
I've tried this several times. Great pigment and choice of colours but I used two coats of this with base and top coat and it always chips as soon as I do something with my hands, even just dipping my hand in my handbag, or washing dishes. After two days it blisters around the top or sides and then peels off. Maybe I'll try without the base and top coat...
