MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Warnings

FIRST AID INFORMATION
For advice, contact the poisons information centre (phone Australia 131126; New Zealand 0800764766) or a doctor at once. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.
If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a poisons information centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If unintentional skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.

This product was a life saver
I had my eyebrows tinted, and it didn't go very well. I ended up with black eyebrows on a red head. I saw this product and prayed for a miracle. After the recommended 7 minutes, my eyebrows were a nice shade of brown again and I looked like a normal person.

Was really good and worked
I hagw dark body hair that includes the arms tummy (snail trail) so I got this and it worked so well and the instructions are easy to follow honestly my hairs turned blonde you could see the result straight after the 7 minutes of leaving it on!! The only down fall for this product is that I wish it was bigger as it is great to buy for the use of small areas however I was trying to use every last drop for larger areas of the body

Too fiddly and messy to use
Doesn't give you a safe and exact measurement because its a granular formula that you combine with a cream. It doesn't combine well and the tools they give you to measure are useless. Messy also as the granules go everywhere when you are trying to measure on the flat spatula supplied. Did anyone at Nair actually try to use the product? I doubt it!
