MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.

Instantly repairs chapped lips within hours
I Bought my first classic stick like an odd seven years ago, i have a massive lip balm addiction and i’ve tried all of the brands but nobody does it like carmex. i swear this stuff instantly fixes my lips and i love it so much, i know it’ll always be in stock and i know that it’ll always work

Can always count on the Classic Stick
I always come back to Carmex and it's always the Classic Stick I choose. The roll-up stick is the perfect size to pop into my bag or even more handy into my pocket. The cap clicks into place keeping it free of lint, the balm lasts on my lips for ages giving great long lasting relief and protection.

Hydrates my flakey dry lips
I buy this all the time - it hydrates my lips, has a subtle funky flavour and lips stay moist for most of the time (until i eat). It's affordable and does the job. I like this format as its much more hygienic than the tub version and i hate the oozy squeeze tube balms. It has spf 15 which is good for sun protection.

The best lip balm you will ever use
I have got a click stick in every place I could ever need one. My purse, my car, my gym bag, on my coffee table, my desk at work, my bedside table… I can’t be without it. The only lip balm I’ll ever use again. I only wish I could buy a bulk pack or one to put on my keyring. The best ever!

I bought this since I had used the tub one in the past. The stick is easier to use and less messy. The flavour is none offensive and rather than a sweet sickly one. Felt a difference on my lips as soon as I used it.
*The click stick has instructions that say click up once or twice to show the product.

Better than the carmex original jar
I used to but the one in small jar, the product itself is good, but it's hard to put on as you need to use your finger to put it on your lips, which could be a little messy sometimes, especially when it's hot it tends to melt a little bit. But this new carmex stick makes it a lot easier to use. Same quality.
