MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Great performing product but not happy with feel
This product was okay, I did find it felt a little heavy for a B.B. cream on my skin. Other than that the wear was great and coverage great for a B.B. Would I purchase again? Maybe I’m just not used to the heavier feeing my old B.B. cream was very light
feeling on my skin so that could be why No skin irritation issues and no break outs

A little too thick but does the job
I love BB cream and Olay, so I figured there was no way this item would fail- it didn't. It wasn't a miracle BB cream for me (I still prefer Garnier BB cream) however it does give my skin a nice glowy complexion. My mother loves this and asked me to stock
up for her! My only complaint is the cream is a little thick on my skin.

I have tried this, and I find it pretty good. It has a very simple and fast application. What I did find thought, that a few hours into wearing it through the day, My face against other skin, such as my hand, would be sticky. This felt very uncomfortable

Smooth, non oily skin
This is a very good cream to use. It's not oily and soaks straight into your skin. I wake up in the morning, and my skin is soft and supple. The only downside is the content amount in the bottle, looks are deceiving and I thought it would last longer than
it did. But the product itself is beautiful.

It’s o.k.
Can’t use if you’ve layered other serums and skincare. Otherwise it slides around on your face and peels off like you have a dirty face. Works ok if you stick to just a basic cleanse underneath. I’d probably buy it again (if is on special) now that I’ve worked out how to make it work for my skin

One shade does not suit all
I really liked the Olay Total Effects Gentle Day Cream SPF 15 and had high hopes for this. However, I found it to be heavier than the gentle colourless version. I would not recommend if you have combination to oily skin. The shade also looked a bit weird
on me (light warm-toned) but maybe suits the majority.

Once was enough
I don't like having to spend too much time on a makeup routine so thought I would give this a go. found the Total Effects didn't absorb particularly well & left my face looking very oily. The foundation in the product had a very yellow cast to it, which didn't work with my complexion at all. I usually use a product a few times to see if it will suit me but this one hit the bin after 1 use.

I have been using this product for years, but it seems the ingredients have changed because it is now too dark and thick, I end up wiping half of it off. I even bought another one thinking maybe I got a dud, but no, the exact same thing. Will now have to find another product as this is awful.

Doesn’t work for me
I brought the Olay foundation as I love the Olay moisturiser, thinking it’ll too be an amazing product. I gave it one star as I think the colour will suit all skin tones BUT as a person who doesn’t have even skin tone, has pink pigmentation on the cheeks and breakouts here and there, the foundation part was very very sheer on my skin. Almost like just having normal moisturiser alone. Can’t be built up for a stronger coverage. If you have amazing skin - this product may suit but if not - best to try a different product.
