MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.

Directions
Apply small amount on wet palm and work into rich lather. Gently massage onto face, avoiding eye area. Rinse off thoroughly. Use twice daily for clean, clear and beautiful skin. Follow with Clean & Clear Oil Free Moisturizer for best results.

Great cleanser!
This works really well. However, you do need to moisturise your face afterwards as it remove all of the oil from your pores.

Please PLEASE bring back the foaming face wash!!!
I've used the original face wash that foams up really well for years. I haven't been able to find it lately & have had to try a few different brands to find an alternative. None are as easy to use or make my skin feel fresh & clean with minimal fuss like the original foaming face wash with the purple cap. The closest I've ever found that compares is from Nutrimetics.

Bring back the self-foaming one!
Yikes! Just about to re-order my Clean & Clear Self-foaming Facial Wash and it's no longer available! I have quite happily used it for years and even tho I have mature skin it's done a great job... Johnson & Johnson - please bring back the original!!!

Please bring back the original foam pump bottle
I have been using the original foam pump bottle for more than a decade and have always loved it. This new face wash is terrible and does not foam up like the original one.

Not good.
Have been using the old version since primary, in uni now. New version is a gel consistency and even with rubbing, does not foam nor clean as well as the old one.

Bring back the original bottle foam pump
I've been using this product for years since I've been in high school and til date I'm still using in my late 20's. Extremely disappointed it's not the same anymore! Going from a foam to a gel consistency. Not cool. Bring back the original version.
