MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Your first line of defence against breakouts. Skin Control Pimple Patch Micro Dart has been formulated to treat and protect early-stage, under-the-skin spots (you know the ones), harness 173 microscopic darts which dissolve salicylic acid, tea tree and cica into the problem area.
Our Micro Dart Pimple Patches are made from 173 microscopic darts, which gently dissolve. Our blemish-busting trio of ingredients works to reduce pimple-causing bacteria and calm inflammation, while the shield itself protects and promotes healing - so you can get on with your good skin day.
Hero Ingredients:
Salicylic Acid: A beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that dissolves oil and removes dead skin.
Tea Tree: An extract of the Melaleuca Alternifolia tree with known antibacterial properties.
Cica: A leafy green herb, also known as Centella Asiatica, is used to soothe and calm the skin.

Directions
1. Starting with clean, dry skin, carefully apply your Micro-dart to the area of concern and gently push into the skin for a few seconds to ensure the darts are able to penetrate and dissolve (and don't worry, it doesn't hurt).
2. Leave on for a minimum of three hours so the ingredients can get to work. For best results, wear overnight.

Was pleasantly surprised with the result
I was a bit skeptical over what results I would get but decided to try it when I got a deep pimple. Popped it on overnight and the next morning the hard bump and dramatically reduced in size (and could have mistaken it for a minor mosquito bite) The redness wasn't significantly reduced but can tell it will heal a lot quicker.

Amazing!

Great for blind pimples! No squeezing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought these little darts were great! Easy to apply, great coverage of problem area and felt they even drawer out the pimple yuck to help speed up the process. I actually used these on my upper chest as I get blind pimples there and left them overnight when needed. I found they soothed the area, making it less tender and by covering the pimple it made my skin feel nicer and my skin looked clearer instead of big red blotches. Simple to apply and painless to remove. I could just apply to my problem and forget whilst rhey went to work. Great little product.
