MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Warnings
For external use only. Avoid eyes. Not to be used on broken skin. If irritation occurs, wash affected area and discontinue use. Contact with clothing may cause discolouration.

Ingredients
Bemotrizinol 2.0%, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane 2.5%, Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate 2.0%, Homosalate 8.0%, Octocrylene 8.0%, Titanium Dioxide 2.5%
Directions
Shake well. Apply a liberal amount (one teaspoon) evenly over entire face and neck after cleansing at least 20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Not water resistant. Reapply every two hours and after swimming, sweating, exercise and towelling dry. The sheer tint finish means it can be used alone or under make-up.

Invisible tint, light and moisturising
The SunSense Daily Face SPF 50+ is a product we have been using in our household every day for over a year.
My husband has particularly very dry, sensitive skin and applies this sunscreen every day after his shower and before dressing as part of his morning routine. SunSense is his daily moisturiser no matter what the weather. He also takes a bottle to golf to apply throughout the day and this has become a lifesaver for him on a hot, windy day on the course.
One huge benefit of this product is the pump dispenser on the bottle which makes it so easy to use without any mess. The 200ml bottle makes it an economical product because we use so much of it.
I find the sunscreen to be more like a lotion consistency and it is very light compared to a lot of sunscreens. For this reason it is the perfect sunscreen for the face as the name implies, and it does not have that horrible pore clogging feeling.
The lotion glides easily enough over the skin and, although the sunscreen is tinted, once applied it doesn’t leave any tint on my skin. I would definitely say the finish is more dewy than matte, but this suits me because my skin leans towards being dry than anything else. The lotion dries quickly and does not feel at all tacky or heavy.
SunSense Daily Face SPF 50+ will continue to be a staple product in our household.

Great value for money face-specific sunscreen
Prior to buying this product, I first used Sunsense's Anti-Ageing Face Matte SPF 50+, which really didn't do the job I was hoping for.
As soon as I switched to using Daily Face, I instantly knew I had found a winner!
This product really works well with my sensitive and combination skin, providing great sun protection and allowing my face to breathe.
It provides a good amount of 'dewy glow' without turning my face into an oil slick (like lots of other sunscreens), and also doesn't clog my pores or cause any breakouts.
The tint is just right, and looks great as a base for makeup.
For the price, this product is too good to pass up!

I like the packaging of this moisturiser because it's a tube which is hygienic and you are able to squeeze out the amount that you want to use without wasting any product. The moisturiser is a light brown colour and I was unsure how it would look and blend on to my skin but it doesn't show up as a tint once applied on the face and it just blends in with my skin tone. My skin is more on the dry side so I find this to blend in easily and soaks up well into my skin. I think this product will be too greasy for people who have oily skin. I love how it has SPF 50+ which is perfect for everyday wear and a great base for my foundation. This is now my new daily moisturiser.
